Well, technically, you could. But please don’t! It’s like warming donuts in a microwave… it doesn’t sound great, right? We want you to fall in love with our pizza, and you WILL – if you use the oven.

Sorry, not at the moment. But we’re working hard on it. If you’d like to receive a Pizza Cupcake update, sign up for our news letter.

Is The Pizza Cupcake a snack or a meal?

Great question. The Pizza Cupcake is perfect for any occasion -- breakfast, snack, lunch, or dinner. You can’t go wrong. Why? Because each Pizza Cupcake is just 160 calories and its dough is super light. It’s almost like eating a flaky, savory pastry … with deliciously melting cheese inside. So one or two are great for a snack. But they’re also perfect as a side with your favorite salad or veggies.

Should I dip The Pizza Cupcake in marinara sauce?

That’s a pro question. The Pizza Cupcake has all the ingredients of a delicious pizza in itself, including the sauce. But, if you’re in the mood for a little extra taste, you can make your own marinara sauce at home. We recommend making this one. Delicious combination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipments are processed between Monday-Wednesday at 8am EST. Orders placed after Wednesday at 8am EST are processed the following Monday. Transit time is 1-2 days AFTER the order is shipped. This means delivery could take up to 7 days depending on when you place an order.

You’ll receive your tracking info via email as soon as your order is out for shipment. Your patience and support mean a lot to our quickly growing, small business.

Do you ship to a PO box?

Unfortunately we don't. UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address.

How does The Pizza Cupcake keep my order frozen in transit?

We use dry ice to make sure your product stays frozen and safe throughout shipping. But if the dry ice is gone by the time you receive your package, that’s fine. Dry ice evaporates! As long as the Pizza Cupcakes are cold to the touch, then you’re good to go. You can bake them right away or refreeze them for future use.

How much does it cost to ship?

At the moment, we’re offering a flat rate of $12.99 on every insulated shipping container, which fits up to 3 boxes of The Pizza Cupcake or a Pizza Party Pack (36pcs). A charge of $12.99 is added to every additional insulated shipping container.

How do I report an issue with my order?

Send us a note at hello@thepizzacupcake.com and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. If your order is missing items, please let us know and we’ll make it right for you.

How will The Pizza Cupcakes arrive packaged?

The Pizza Cupcakes will arrive in single-flavor, 12-units per box.

Can I bake The Pizza Cupcakes right away?

Yes and your box will include heating instructions. If you won’t bake them right away, make sure to store them in your freezer.

How do I handle the DRY ICE inside the shipping box?

DO NOT HANDLE THE DRY ICE WITH BARE HANDS OR ALLOW CONTACT WITH SKIN. Dry ice is extremely cold and can cause severe burns and frostbite. If you must handle, wear thick, insulated gloves to avoid burning your skin.

How can I dispose the DRY ICE?

Because dry ice can cause carbon dioxide gas to accumulate and build up pressure, do not dispose of dry ice in a sewer, garbage disposal, garbage chute, etc.

Allow leftover dry ice to evaporate and turn into gas in a well-ventilated area that is not accessible to children or pets.

DO NOT pour water on the dry ice

What precautions should I take when handling DRY ICE?

    • You should wear insulated gloves when handling it. Wear safety glasses and a face shield if you are cutting or chipping it.
    • Keep dry ice out of the reach of children.
    • Never eat or swallow dry ice.
    • Avoid inhaling carbon dioxide gas.
